Sand is recommended for the ice control of your exterior concrete. Use of ice melts or salt will void your concrete warranty. After your order is placed, Dirt Dump with email your invoice. Once we receive payment, we will contact you via email to give you an approximate delivery date. The delivery will be contactless with the bucket dropped off outside your home, on or near your driveway.

Avoid Salt, De-icers and Fertilizers – Avoid putting salt or fertilizer on your driveway and other concrete, this may cause a scaling, crumbling or deterioration of your concrete work. Sweep or wash off immediately if this occurs. We recommend the use of sand in the winter to prevent slips and falls.
Snow Removal – Use care when plowing or shoveling your concrete and use a plastic shovel if possible so the blade does not scrape the surface. Remove ice and snow immediately and do not allow ice and snow to build up on your driveway and other exterior concrete work.
